We would like to thank Mr Christopher Bell, who has been on duty at member of board for Galva Metal on the behalf of German Wuppermann Group, which has been 35% shareholder of our company since 2017, for his support and cooperation during this time period and wish success to him for the new role he is going to take under the roof of Wuppermann Group.
We will feel honored to introduce the new member of the Board of Directors of our company: Mr Peter Jongenburger to you briefly. Mr Jongenburger has studied at Harvard Business School and done his doctorate in metallurgical engineering. After having been assigned director for Tata Steel for 11 years, Mr. Jongenburger has been a member of the Board of Directors of Wuppermann AG since 01.01.2008 and has been serving the organization with successful works throughout the group for the last 12 years, particularly Wuppermann Staal Nederland. We would like to welcome to our esteemed partner, who will start working as a member of the board of Galva Metal as of 01.01.2020., and hope that we will have a great cooperation.
